All security companies draw employees from an available pool of security officers circulating through all companies in a certain geographical area. It is thus impossible for any company to promise the client any other quality of guard than his competitor.

There are however certain factors that influence a human being’s loyalty towards an employer and towards his given task. AXIS embraces the culture of fairness to employees with relation to remuneration, skills development, career assistance and personal welfare.

AXIS believes in a proactive approach to client relationships. We compile a site procedures manual based on contract specific requirements conveyed by the client. We insist on Monthly meetings during which AXIS will make suggestions towards improvement of security and the client will raise any complaints not already addressed.

All management staff as well as directors can be reached 24/7 and will attend to any problem that might occur without delay.

The site will be visited at least once per 12-hour shift by a supervisor. Our standard employment criteria ensure that all security officers and personnel deployed on site will be able to communicate effectively both in writing and
verbally.

Pre-employment checks including Reference checks, SAPS ID Clearance and SIRA Registration ensure that personnel employed have no previous criminal record.
